Is that sign to tell the passengers that the trains might be late or cancelled?

This popped up on a local Facebook group. Amazingly, despite it being full of motor enthusiasts, it took quite some time to identify the car.

We did have quite a few American curios around in the 70s and 80s owing to the nearby bases.

Anyway, what a peach.

Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Dark blue car is a mid-70s Mopar C-Body.  Chrysler Newport, Dodge Monaco, or Plymouth Fury.  New Yorker and Imperial used the same body but those typically had vinyl roofs.  Lighter blue car is a 1971-73 Pontiac Ventura.
