I did not go to Hayes very often. I lived off Westmoreland Road in Bromley, so usually I went up Bromley High Street or got on the 119 to Croydon for trips to spend my paper round earnings. Our tel was 01-464-7656.

Plenty of clues there.  081-670 was Gipsy Hill and West Norwood.  It is under the railway arches and that looks like a station platform fence at top right.  There is even a street name plate at top left which might be readable.....  

It's Double Dee Autos, West Norwood.  Still there, but looks a bit different.
