DSdriver Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Would a long wheelbase landcrab be a landlobster?
keef Posted November 4, 2011 Author Posted November 4, 2011 Would a long wheelbase landcrab be a landlobster? Nope the Austin 3 Litre has already taken the Lobster title, I'm afraid.
lovejoy Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 "Landcrayfish" ?? my father had a green MK1 Morris 1800 from new, sold it for 75 pounds with 46,000 on the clock when he gave up driving.... MRL 845 F - Not a "Six", I'm afraid, but I have a few pics, will get a scan & upload one for you Keef.
keef Posted November 4, 2011 Author Posted November 4, 2011 will get a scan & upload one for you Keef. Cheers. Can you also explain why if you enter '"goning banger raceing" site:www.gumtree.com' in Gooogle you get a wolseley Six result, but can't view it?
George-Roper Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 can you also explain why if you enter '"goning banger raceing" site:www.gumtree.com' in Gooogle you get a wolseley Six result, but can't view it? Because a grunting mong with tattoos and a hiab sold one I expect. Google will hold the advert in the search engine for a while even though the Gumtree ad's gone.
keef Posted November 4, 2011 Author Posted November 4, 2011 Google will hold the advert in the search engine for a while even though the Gumtree ad's gone. Thought as much. Just annoying not to get more detail on it, but I think I know the chap you are referring to! LOL

ProgRocker Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 There used to be a Landcrab parked around the corner from my house when I was young. I used to think that they were just a 'Maxi with a boot' .
keef Posted December 30, 2011 Author Posted December 30, 2011 I used to think that they were just a 'Maxi with a boot' . The Six used the Maxi's 1500 engine with two extra cylinders bolted on.
