I posted one from an IPhone 2020se yesterday on the web based interface rather than tapatalk or similar?

My pictures seem to be in a format not recognised by the autoshite software.

Just done a 'live' and a normal snapshot with the phone of the laptop screen. On the phone I then select the 'add files' link and it uploads both (as jpegs) - always done it that way, upload picture from the phone and then add text from the laptop as I am shite at typing on a phone.

OK, so it works when I upload direct from the phone but not when I use the pics downloaded to my laptop. Strange!

Like you I use the laptop for text.

Any chance the files are coming off the phone onto the laptop as HEIC type files?
(I'm such a luddite that I even email photos from my phone to myself)

Actually on closer inspection one's a Peugeot and one's a Citroen, but does it matter?  It's like an Austin 1100 and a Morris 1100.

There's often a white one with these....
