Yeah, I've had a year to prepare, and I'm off on Tuesday....

I urgently need to complete my Colin Chapman look. I have the hat, the yellow shirt, the moustache... I am desperate for a set of headphone as below to compete the look. Can't find anything even remotely close on eBay. 

 

Anyone got anything I can buy/scrounge/steal/rent? Please?

My fellow team mates are nicely kitted out as Hill, Rindt, Hunt, etc.. anything I can get my hands on to complete the Chapman look would be great. Help!

That's bloody perfect! I should have guessed that Chapman uses aviation-spec headsets, I was searching for generic headphones. I've messaged the seller who is 200 bloody miles away, I hope I can get a response in time...

Awesome little car show when we went for dinner last night. Test day today. There’s a V8 powered Miata in the same class as us, we are gonna be pretty slow here I think

There's a video of the guy from David's Farm on YouTube (anyone remember that) of him lifting a car with his fork lift, filling the tank with CO2 and MiGing a split back together. Makes me squint just watching it

Thanks, but we’re out. It’s 7am on Monday and pissing down and we’re the only ones left on site now. I am wrecked. The winning car in our class literally exploded as it left the track. Much amusement.

Winners had a Miata with a V8 in it and a crap/brilliant AC Cobra bodykit and a fast food outlet company theme which was fun. Great guys and a fucking rapid car.

Ps - there’s a program on Amazon prime called Lemontarians, the hoopties of lemons,  and three pedal mafia, which follow two famous teams in lemons. I raced against these two, great crowd.
