I've been perving over those Allegros. The bronze one is mighty fine, the blue one is in my town.... and I've just got on the Stella....

Where are they all coming from all of a sudden?

I do fancy one at some point, although not an estate. They just look hideous, and not in a "so bad it's good" way

Bloody hell fire, check this out...

10/10 for his listing too, very well written out and seems to lack any bullshit whatsoever.

This Allegro is a Very Rare Special, It Belongs to the Former Allegro Club Chairman ,It is a fine example that has won many awards , A very nice car indeed...

Happy Bidding :D:D

Matt

That's where it actually lives. In view of that, puzzled as to why it doesn't just come with a fresh test.

Also it's numberplate means you know you'll get back home. One way or the other.

Astra Caesarean. I need* to get one of these one day, they have quite a nice spec and are pretty few and far between now.

That Aerodeck is quite fit... I'd forgotten what a stylish thing they are.

Pogweasel pink Volvo FTW!

Anyone else think that "Aerodeck" is a funky name? Shame they don't still use it

Yep, we've had it before! I bid on it early on but the price started going up quite quickly, and rightly so because it's a lovely old thing.

Have we had this Honda Accord Aerodeck yet?

As in the grumpy thread, I forgot to bid on the Aerodeck....really annoyed with myself as always wanted one and that was a bargain. Was amazed to see it finished at the £420 it was on last night. :(

Sorry it's a few pages late but hot damn that Reynard Allegro is a honey. My favourite colour and spec - must not bid aargh!!!

Hey Retrogeezer, send the seller of that aerodeck a message just incase the high bidder dissappears or something. It's worked for me in the past a few times.

Family travel - the Autoshite way...

I bought this car in 1991 when I had 3 small kids, with the vague hope that if I looked after it, it would last. It has, they are all grown up and we simply don't need a large car anymore

The car has only had occasional use since 2002. It has only done 280mls since the last MOT in June 2011. Nevertheless I'm confident I could jump in it and drive anywhere without problems. It's still pleasant to drive, comfortable, steers, brakes and handles well with a positive gearchange. It is far better than it looks!
