Don't get to excited about that Opel, he's been trying to sell it for ages, he bought it of ebay last year and gave it a home respray in the garden.

 

When it was last on ebay he listed how he just resprayed it and some of the photos showed this, now there's no.mention of it or the photos of the missing door handles, personally i think it's a pup.

I've seen the opel in the flesh and its pretty nice, the respray is a decent one and it looks very straight, though i found a small amount of wob in the rear lower quarters.

In that case i stand corrected, I've found the advert from last time he listed it, he was offered £2400 which he turned down!

^The car was built in holland, from a kit of UK supplied parts (presumably because the Dutch weren't on strike). I've seen 2 facelift (74-76) cortinas with that plate on.
