You certain? There's normally something that gives it away, like some too shiny [plastic] chrome or wonky detailing somewhere. And I can't see any of that!

Puts it into perspective looking at these photos! It's all about the camera angle it would seem.

Amazing! The only real give away isn't in the models themselves, but rather the limit of the depth of field of the camera lens that close up to the subject.

Said it in the other thread but it does bear repeating - a very very talented man. Those are absolutely superb and the rest of his Flickr pics are equally as good.He must spend absolutely ages on them though.

Oooo out of that lot the only ones I don't have are the plain red Samba, the rally Sunbeam, the caravan & the car / trailer. The Solara I have the same model but in blue, if that Simca 1000 Rallye 2 & Rancho are Solidos then I have those exact ones too!

The only ones I don't have are the yellow Samba, the red Samba, the Rancho with boat, the mauve Solara, the Simca 1000, the Matra Bagheera, the Samba cabriolet, the Sunbeam and the black Tagora.Oh, I haven't got the silver Samba either. Or the caravan.Actually, I don't think I've got any of them.Ooh! Ooh! I've got the girl thumbing a lift!!

Amazing! Something is usually out of proportion or slightly wrong and you spot it when you look twice, but I honestly wouldn't have known if you hadn't said.
