Finally something good has happened to me. This is ours from Monday Plenty of car storage space, and room for my 2 post lift, and all of my tools. CCTV security, 3 phase and running water!

My lift is 3phase, so essential, but milling machine and lathe would be great as well.

Sounds like Bizspace, Wolverhampton. My mate has a unit, in the old Sunbeam factory, and the unit is really posh. One night I was working there and needed a crap.  Unpleasant was one word for it.

The site has more CCTV than London, and a security gate that is locked overnight. There are also 4 static caravans with residents in them less that 50m away, so I think we should be ok. I will also be putting in an alarm.

That’s a fantastic space. I’m jealous. Don’t know what things are like down in Herefordshire, but up here in the heart of SELNEC the rent on that place would be about 50p per minute, and the toilet would be coin op.
