Having re-read the ad, it seems it's being turned into a drag racer, so that's probably the reason for the roll cage. Shame they had to do it to such an interesting car.

Blimey these aren't dirt cheap any more this is £2500 then again they're almost totally extinct. Even the sanitised face lift one is thin on the ground.   This one looks well preserved underneath despite a few body work bashes.

Is he still about Nigel? Remember seeing him on an early car programme, was it Deals on wheels with Brewer? He had B1CKLE or similar on a Ferrari Mondial. Had a massive barn full of cars that had a fire from memory.
