Yep.  'Twas epic.  By all objective standards it was utterly shite, but I loved it.  That Northstar V8 completely makes up for the rubbishness of the rest of the car.  It also had more gadgets than in any other car I've owned - including a built-in minidisc player and a rheostat for dimming the courtesy lights on the sun visor vanity mirrors.
