Anyway, have a look at this poor Escort Bonus that had but 25k on it when someone bummed it with an RS Turbo engine. I recon it could be a pretty good sleeper if it was put back to stock.

I think that works pretty well as is to be fair, an example of a modified car that hasn't just been sprayed all over with carpet adhesive then driven through Ripspeed's window.

That thing was owned by my mate's band for ages and I think did pop up in one of their vids, yeah. I never got a close look at it but I think it was a bit of a hopeless POS to be honest. Don't think any of them even had driving licenses or anything so they never drove it anyway!

It's the 2.5, has 171k on the clock, half leather interior, 1 previous owner and FSH ... still awaiting replies on auto/manual and tax/mot :lol:

 

edit: Another reply, it's manual with MOT until Aug & tax until September. Time to fire off some more questions and ask for better pics.
