Agreed. Or it could be a fat fortysomething chap try who let himself go years ago. Watchlisted for funs.

 

Annoyed they bothered to MOT it (which may not even be necessary if had a CT after 20/5/18) but not register it with Doovla. Instant red flag and no mention of bloody NOVA.

It looks pretty solid from the photos- would make a decent camper.

I've asked about MOT advisories on the UK test and NOVA. But to be honest, it would be a damn sight easier for me to get to France than Cumbria!
