initially this looks like a typical ringer but on closer inspection.

series 2 dash, fold out screen,gearstick too far back so no middle seat and tank in the back as there's no chassis brackets on an RR.

anyway, enough of that.how does that towbar work and how do you use the tailgate ?

I think the coil is just a spare, actually a very sensible mod. Lots of cars used to come from the factory with two coils mounted on the bulkhead so if one ever failed you could simply swap the leads over to the second one...

 

Not sure about the bulldog clip, though

for the bonnet stay. the clip on the slam panel is missing
