Wow that's an early one, what a find.  Sensible ad too.

I don't remember the 605s selling particularly well (not much more than a big 405 in looks), so it's rare to have any on sale now.

The 607 will probably go the same way.

Does anyone fancy a 3 door '02 Corsa 1.2 SXI mot march not too shabby but heater isn't very warm. I drove it over 100 miles last weekend without it shitting itself so probably just wants a heater matrix. I tried a flush which improved it but the owner just wants shot as she got a new car for Christmas. £295 drive it away from Wellington Somerset. I will actually throw some pictures up if anyone is interested before it goes on ebay

Even 5 years ago my local big french breaker was buying in 607s in bulk off auction - just to break

I remember the line of them well, all engines crated and away

Wow.

This rare RHD 2600 Sprint was delivered new through the Parisian main dealer to the editor of Vogue magazine - Baron Nicolas de Gunzburg, an aristocratic socialite who was described by Condé Nast Publications as “one of the most civilized men in Paris”, and was voted into Vanity Fair’s International Best Dressed Hall of Fame in 1971.

Monogram Chromactive

Chromactive paints have arguably the most powerful paint colours in the new twenty colours offered within the Monogram programme. They are neither metallic nor pearlescent, yet they give a dramatic colour shift even in low light and have high levels of opacity and durability.

The paint formulation uses unique multi-layered pigment flakes which exhibit a wide range of hues depending on the viewing angle and the angle of light incidence. Five ultra-thin layers of material are applied to a carrier film, and it is the precise control of these colourless layers that produces the effect of changing colours through the physics of light interference. The composition of these layers produces colour effects similar to those found in nature, such as soap bubbles, butterfly wings and peacock feathers.

Aluminium, magnesium fluoride and chromium are among the materials used in the pigment flakes, which are micron sized, or about one fiftieth the thickness of a human hair. Their manufacturing process is controlled to a tolerance of a few atoms thickness. Each flake is highly reflective and extremely smooth, giving the paint high colour saturation and brightness.

Chromactive colours are Spectre and Typhoon.
