I am an e39 Fan. This looks great. Sub 100,000 miles. tidy bodywork, good colour, auto box, decent sized engine, podgy wheels and full service history.

All for £995. I really wish I could come up with a reason for buying it.

And while I think that auto boxes have their place in most larger cars, an inline6 E39 needs a manual imo :)

I love the look of those standards, they seem fairly reasonable money. Are they usable every day for a gentle commute?

I see one used daily for work - I think it's only a few miles each way but I haven't noticed it holding up traffic
