£3k is a bit steep bearing in mind the issues. I still find it rather 'handsome' though! Me Mam had a similar spec one in Almandine with cream leather back in the day....was a v nice motor back in the day. Lolz....she finally parted with her 13 year old, owned since new CLK320 Conv last year, immaculate and only 42k on the clock. She traded it in for an E220 Convertible last year. Derv,,,,but then she is 70 on her birthday! Gone are the day's of the 500SL......now that was a car, lol.

I'm loving that beige Daimler 250.  Stick-on wing mirrors, steel wheels and reflective number plates to make it look newer means it's probably got about 30 seconds of screen time being chased by a brown Ford Consul, guv.

Expect to see it soon with chrome wire wheels, black number plates and painted British racing green soon.  If you had a Victorian house, why would you try and make it look Tudor?

This was about last year, as I considered some plate rape as they're my Dad's initials.  If it was G99 or 9 then I'd probably have thought more seriously about it.

I love it when these sella advertise something as !!RARE!! etc

An SIII 3.4 on twin carbs was undesirable* in its day because the 4.2 was quicker and more economical**

Something that was undesirable in its day is now somehow a collekters item.

* Sierra Base was never undesirable in its day.

Also folk who purchased the 3.4 option would be looked down on by those that declared "ah couldnt afford the 4.2 then" who in turn would be looked down on by the "ah could reach to the sovereign spec then" who would be looked down on the " wallet a bit to slim to run the v12 old boy was it". The tower surprisingly stopped at that point because the next step up i.e. Crewe brigade would regard Jaag owners as market traders and remain thoroughly confused as to the need for multiple engine size options.

** when driven considerately and at the same pace as the 3.4 poor cousin

Buy this technicolour high mileage Pious that is in the Wycombe area but NEVER used as a taxi

Thrashed mercilessly to the moon, (possibly) but NEVER used as a taxi

Only been wearing this number plate since May 2014 but NEVER used as a taxi

As a plus, every panel seems to have a dent, the front towing eye has been out at some point (probably) and it is fitted with some cuntly alloys and ditchfinders. but NEVER been a taxi

TRADE INS WELCOME @ TRADE PRICE

Verdict - too fucked to even be a Wycombe Taxi
