Was looking at the Track day thread and fantasizing about what an "Autoshite Track day" could look like...have it at one the great circuits like Monza or Spa, but instead of Ferraris etc have Rover Streetwise, a Talbot Horizon and a Hillman Husky or something like that. Anyway, during my extensive research and planning I found this ideal vehicle..

M-reg Fiesta 1.8D. Looks quite tidy and only has 60k on it. However it only has 2 months test and the timing belt is broken making it a non-runner (and quite possibly giving it a destroyed cylinder head). In the end it went for £270!!!!!! That's about twice what I would have paid. Presumably we'll see it back on again in a few days.

 

Ridiculous money that, absolutely crazy. Must honestly be three times it's actual value.
