Probably Shite because legendarily badly built from new but not remotely affordable to most of us, a Pantera is worth a quick drool for some of us of a certain age.

Reminds me of when I was in uni in the early '90s and there was the Slick 50 Italian Challenge at Cadwell. The fastest thing in qualifying was a 1980s Alfa GTV and just after lunch a bloke arrives with a DeTomaso Pantera and a massive pair of sunglasses.

 

Because he missed qualifying he had to start from the back of the grid and when the lights went green he was cutting through traffic like his arse was on fire. He was a bit cautious on the corners but on anything like a straight he would overtake easily. On the start straight he was passing 4 cars at a time, every lap.

 

And all accompanied by that throbbing Ford V8. Awesome.

I love the Pantera.  The famous US car customisers and comedy named Ring brothers. Did a Pantera. Apparently it was over half a million dollars in labour from the owner and that fanny from Gas Monkey garage bought it. 

I prefer the original.

He's another club, so cloth again. But this one has the green Personal Line interior like my Connie SE, but without the leather. I don't think I've seen this outside the brochure! Green dash, plastics, carpet, steering wheel and cloth seat trim. Awesome! Sadly the wazzock can't be arsed to back it outside into the light or point the camera properly.

Yeah. I was looking at that ZS before. MOT expired 3 years ago. But on the plus side it's a one owner car.
