I'm not sure, I don't think the wheels are on fire on the 'Beagale' one.

'subtle modifications to give the car a 60,s retro inspired look'

Yep, right on. I mean every car in the 1960's looked like that. Especially the 'bumbers'

Don't even like the sodding things yet fully agree. Here's one that doesn't seem to have attracted the wanker brigade so far

If the 'VDUB' crew really wanted to be individual then I'd have thought there must be so many spackered up Golfs out there now it'd be rarer to see one that hasn't been ruined by their 'improvements' or 'uniqueness'.

'we are led to believe that if the plate was sold it would return somewhere about £2000'

I was led to believe that the moon is made out of cream cheese, and if ventured to it would return somewhere about 2,000 quids worth of compressed Dairy Lea. Said savoury sandwich filling would then freeze solid upon returning to our stratosphere and could be used to plug the fucking gaps in your sills.

That's lovely! Do you have a long-lens photo of that with its hydragas nipples showing?

Seriously clean, 33000 mile 340 starting at £275.

IT HAS NEVER BEEN DRIVEN ABOVE 60m.p.h. as the owner is a lady of 'advancing years' and not very confident. This is the ONLY reason that she is parting with the vehicle. She no longer feels that she is safe to drive and her family are very relieved that she has made the decision to hang up her driving gloves!

That 340 has been nicely detail cleaned.I'm guessing its not got power steering, and thats why the lady has retired from driving

I'll make sure to include that when I next have to sell something.

"IT HAS NEVER BEEN DRIVEN ABOVE 56m.p.h. as the owner is a tight git who resents every penny he spends on fuel tax."

I spotted what I imagine must have been this very car driven by the late lady owner in Sidcup early last year. I remember it very well as she weren't hanging about and I had to mash the loud pedal firmly to keep up.

I honestly do not think my soon to be acquired Punto has ever gone above 50mph
