Oh for gods sake. Scrap page has arrived in Malta

http://gozonews.com/44175/scrappage

Don't they realise that the old cars and old buses are a big part of their tourist appeal??

The scored a big own goal by binning the classic Malta buses for super low floor bendy dull mobiles a couple of years back, now they want rid of the classic cars.

The rustic appeal of the place was one of the things I liked about Malta.

The stretch Granny pick up effort is surely a genetically modified potatoshop no?

It's been converted from a coffin-follower, hence the length and odd proportions.

They didn't last very long, apparently sold to the Sudan after a few fires and other incidents.

So what are they running now?

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A near 15 YR OLD ODD BALL CAR, AND DRIVES AS SUCH, WITH ITS LITTLE TRAITS AND IDIOSYNCRASIES NOT A 5 YEAR OLD MONDEO

but, I want it to be like a Mondeo, please make it like a Mondeo.

This is absolutely gorgeous but I see a slight problem

I am 6 foot 2 inches tall and weigh 16 stone, I fit in to drive but it's a little tight for me.

I suppose I could do with losing a bit of weight

If I had 10 grand, I'd be all over that Austin 7. What a beauty.

THIS CAR DRIVES FLAT

Well worth the asking price, in that case.

Also, it's for CHARIDEE MATE, so any amount is reasonable*.

I'd love to believe that the patina is genuine and uncontrived, but the shiny roof and front end is making me wonder.

EDIT: I still would. For half the price.

It looks alright that Volvo, its hardly destroyed is it, sounds like he had done a bit of good work on the mechanics. I would say its worth about £750 though.

I love Fuegos, mainly because my retard father-in-law had one and broke the back window 3 times,yes,3 times.

The first time, when it wad only about a year old,in a car wash,I'm sitting here pissing myself laughing about him sitting there being flailed by the brushes and covered in hot soapy water and saftey glass. The second time he had a Calor Gas cylinder in the boot and it rolled back into the window ,again when he was driving it.

The third time was the best,by this time car washes all had a ' no Fuegos' sign, genius thought putting a polythene wiper Johnny on it meant it wouldn't break- wrong!

These events almost equal the front page picture in the local paper of his Audi 100 parked inside the local Allied Carpets- his first auto!
