I had one of these grim Orions back  in about 1999 - a Ghia Si no less - J167ESU.

 

It broke down a lot , had hideously uncomfortable seats that gave me back problems which was particularly poor given it was ghia spec, and handled like the RMS Queen Mary.

 

It also went on fire.

 

I quite fancy another. This one's a bit salty though.

This looks a utter bargain for you Volvo pervs, comes with a years mot for £300, shame that the VOC forum seems to be full of grunting mongs though.

That looks a proper bargain. Cheap Volvos are everywhere at the moment, I do believe if I bought this I would end up sleeping in it. Least I could stretch out.

It's ideal for shitefest though, bring it along, sleep in the back of it for the weekend and then flog it back on for £300 afterwards.

Check this Toyota Caldina thing out. It's got to be a mini cabbers wet dream as it looks suspiciously like a mk1 Avensis estate with 4wd and a 300bhp GT4 motor.

 

Manchester to Edinburgh mate? Should take about an hour.
