As an unashamed R8 fancier, this has got me excited

Leather on the inside, a T-Series under the bonnet, a decent amount of ticket and all for £250. What's not to like?

 

It's had the bootlid replaced, hence the 416 GSi badge.

 

It's a sad state of affairs when the nearest R8 to me is 120 miles away. When I was buying my first car only 10 years ago these were everywhere. This one looks like a nice one too, just not sure I would give him a grand for it.

Jada, jada, I'd rather like to know whether it has a proper gearbox, or not.

 

Basic mistake not entering that in the spec table, whenever I've listed a car the table has appeared so he must have had the chance.  Fortunately one of the photos offers a glimpse of brake and clutch pedals under the dash, so that's me oot.

Most annoying sayings on Ebay now is 'Barn Find' and 'Car has no MOT but would pass with no issues', One of the most annoying photos is the above interior through the window and people taking photo's of photos when the car was clean one day about 3 years ago!

Tidy looking car, but not sure what to make of this 'FIRST 2 OWNER PASS AWAY HUSBAND AND WIFE THEN PASS DOWN TO GRANDDAD'. Que? Also their feedback isn't exactly awe inspiring at 50% (0) with this little gem from his last car sale 'Win the auction and then the seller asks for more money.. ridiculous AVOID'.

Actually, that Laser has me thinking - either Sierra owners (or rather sellers, I suppose) are incredibly bold and/or delusional in their valuations, or my last 2 were both GR9 mega-barg!

I can't justify a second car anyway. Haven't the space for it unless I tip some cash to the Municipal for a parking permit or a lock up
