and then there is this, i'll bet it does even more gallons per mile than the XJ-R can manage.

 

love 'em though, and i would so do... a friends dad had one this exact colour as a company car back in the day, was only a 2 litre, and took us all over the country (free petrol, what a perk!)

I had one back when they were still a reasonably flash car. 27mpg on a run, average on day to day more like 21mpg, but the ferocious mid range acceleration is very addictive. That's the one I wish I'd kept.

Six grand for an Orion? Is the scene tax that strong on these yet? Either way, they could at least show potential buyers pictures of the whole thing...
