YEA SIK M8 GET DAT ON FOREST ARCHES YIH NORF WEALD RANDABAHT FAKKING ZETEC YKT OLD SKOOL FORD THATS HOW WE SPELL IT

its only £150 at the moment - the price at the top is your "pre-accident value" - IE they think it was worth £1800 before the smash - but it will sell for whatever it ends at in 2 days time.

AFAIK you have to be a "registered bidder" with co part and to register costs £50 i think,. After that you can bid on whatever you like for however long your membership lasts.

With that cav being a Category D you could pretty much just drive it away if they have the keys.

Cat C needs a VIC check before it can be returned to the road - cat A and B are parts only and cant be repaired.

Great, thanks for the info

Who needs keys when you don't have an ignition barrel!

Hello, Ladbrokes, how can I help?

Yes, can you give me the results from the 3.30 at Kempton please, I had a tenner on Zut-alors-Boîte-de-vitesses-faite-de-fromage?

Sorry, it fell at the first hurdle sir.

Copart are rather expensive I bought the espace from them. You need to be a member at about £50 a year then on top of that there is a charge of a certain percentage of the sale price then there are loads of other extras like £10 for bidding on line £10 loading charge  (which is basically they pick it up with a forklift and drop it near your trailer). My espace was £225 but with all the fees worked out at just over £300. If you know the yard it is in might be worth poping down there to see if they will sell it outside of the auction. I know if it is a proper copart yard you will need to book an appointment to actually look at it. If you are serious about it and want to bid blind I can bid for you but you will have to go and collect it and pay cash within a couple of days of the auction end otherwise storage kicks in at a tenner or so per day all plus vat. Also the chances of being able to drive away are slim as the battery will most likely be flat and it will have other faults they neglected to mention

Copart Cabriolet Cavalier, looks like its been nicked and then found, can someone explain to me, could I just go into that yard and buy this like any other car purchase transaction? Never really understood this with the different categories etc.  :?

That Cav was for sale about 6 months back. Interesting.

That Cavalier was local to me until quite recently, I was wondering what happened to it. Although the copart thing is a massive hassle, assuming it stays cheap it would be worth a punt as it's an incredibly clean original unmessed with car. A real shame to see it now but hopefully it can be saved...

It's a shame the seller of this appears to be a grade-A moron, (user- 'killmorecoppers') because it looks like a quite decent GTE 16v.  His original listing failed to mention the car was on the hit-list.

Mind you, he also originally had put 'oh, and no filth' in his advert.  Perhaps he was caught stealing some Opal Fruits in 1989 and holds a grudge, big time?  Or maybe just another uneducated crim.

Hope someone saves that cavalier.  Are the convertible ones properly strengthened though? I imagine it would flex like buggery and be a miserable drive like some of the older convertible stuff I've driven

I'm on the next plane!  Dear Santa...

Meanwhile, I can also dream on the Cresta (my Velox looked like that 30 years ago...) and the lush green Thunderbird.  Dear Santa, again... I've been very good in recent years...

Oh, and Velox evidence?

That GTE isn't too far from me. Quite tempting, because I suspect it will go quite cheap on account of how much of a cunt the seller seems to be.

Then turn up to collect dressed as a stripper police man.

I recognise that beige Maxi - isn't/wasn't it in the Autoshite fold?
