Mr_B, you just beat me to it with that so-called Abarth prototype. It looks like one of those "comedy" shortened Minis or Fiat 500s. And that chassis plate is pure fuckwittery! Carlo will be spinning in his (shortened) grave ...

Wow indeed. It's rare an Escort gets a click from me, but hit that I would.

Seller ID: thedoctors46

The listing is not up to Dr102's efforts, but it's over £1k already, nine days left.

PS, if that Cunto is owt to do with the seller, he's a total nob.

This only got to just over £400 a few weeks back when listed by a different seller. Much better pics now but I suspect some shill bidding is in order.:

Check the fuck outta this!!!! The lad reckons it is some super obscure South American fiat prototype! I say BOLLOCKS, its the work of a deranged comic book scribbler who welded together a few bits of discarded italian bodyshells back in the 70's. If this was a Fiat they'd have given it a better chassis plate than this:

For any clarification, ask for Manuel

Ring ring. "Hello Manuel, why the fuck are you selling a car for £73k with mis-matched wheels?"

Was originally white but has had a custom 'Rat Look' paint job, not your usual matt black cheap option either, painted in red oxide, then grey, then sanded to look weathered then laquered to protect it all.

With the resultant look of a factory painted grey van that's sideswiped a few brick walls. 1.7D, POWAH.

Lol. I was thinking to myself that my boss can make a van look like that from new in about three months - no sanding or painting involved.

Excellent. I've seen one of these Thule Air Force base cars before - a VW Polo estate that had the yank VAG-heads pissing their pants. These imports are apparently next to impossible to register in the states as they're former military vehicles with no previous identity or some such bollocks.

edit. here's the Polo thread if you care about VAG-related matters: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.p ... nland-Polo

Re the 18000 mile maroon Escort. Could one potentially use a standard 3-door shell for a Cosworth re-shell etc? If so I would suspect some OMG SCENE TAX has kicked in.

One will introduce ones trollies to one ankles and expose one's something resembling the side of the human face in form or position, as either of two parts forming corresponding sides of various objects: i.e the cheeks surrounding my marmite motorway, in the opening in the wall of a building, the side of a vehicle, etc., for the admission of air or light, or both, commonly fitted with a frame in which are set movable sashes containing panes of glass, of Burton's Gentlemans Outfitters Co LTD if this motor vehicle has not been transferred (goods) to or render (services) for another in exchange for money; dispose of to a purchaser for the currently proscribed advertised price:

I'm not much of a film person so may have got this wrong, but I don't recall David Walliams being in Pulp Fiction. Quite why there's a picture of him on the tank is thus beyond me.

This was registered 5/6/79, mine was earlier on 1/6/79! It's a Chrysler UK registration so it's interesting is that this one is a pre-facelift model so was built prior to December 1978, so it must have hung around a while.

Slightly confusing is that a Hpi check shows the last owner change is 1982..and the vehicle scrapped on 1/11/94!!
