Wanted Anyone in Canterbury and feeling helpful?

Morning all.

 

I know this is a hail Mary long shot, but are there any kind souls in Canterbury that would be willing and able to collect and ship some wheels?

 

There's a set going cheap on eBay that I could do with but as with all IDEAL and CHEAP things miles away on eBay, the seller has crossed his arms and declared COLLECTION ONLY.

 

Beer tokens and virtual high fives available to anyone willing to collect them and able to wrap them up for a courier north. They're just 15s shouldn't be too difficult to man (or wiman) handle.

I've had great success putting each wheel in a big bin bag, wrapping in 4 directions with stout brown packing tape then afixing a label to the face of each 'parcel'.

 

Its not complex but does take a bit of lifting/spinning/grunting.

Too late to the party,i have been to Canterbury this morning!

If you need to ship them do what Mr Bell said. I just shipped 4 15 inch rims and tyres to Beko with paisley freight that way.

And they arrived 3 days later in perfect condition. I'm amazed at how little it cost too!

Only thing courier did say is that Paisley under weight them. It was APC who collected it and say that Paisley book in 4 x 10 kg when they are more like 15kg each.  Sod it I have the email from Paisley for the price so not my issue.
