The VW campervan they did had a pair of lovely Hills raised diget plates when it arrived ant they put flippin' pressed black and silver shit on it!

 

I wanted to take the pressed plates and shove them up Tim and Fuzz's arses.

Back on topic, I have left a note on a local Landcrab (Austin 1800) and got a call back from the lovely chap who owned it saying that if he was to sell I would be the first to know!

 

I have also had a note left on the Jag, but I did not call the number as the note-leaver was clearly illiterate!

My girlfriend's Mini (the one that got nicked and subsequently found) apparently attracted a couple of "is it for sale" notes and enquiries a week, in the last few years before it went AWOL from the road outside the house.

 

What state was the Mini in when you got it back Dicky, if you don't mind me asking.  Will it live again?

I must write a nice letter to the old chap near my parents, who I got the brown ex taxi Sierra from after HE left a note in its windscreen saying "free to take away". As far as I know he still has a Farina estate (Oxford i think) in his garage, I wonder whether he'd now be persuaded to part with it. Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind the house he lives in too.

Still no idea mate, we're awaiting the insurance assessor's report. They seem in no hurry!
