Still a roffling but remember, the cut off date is the 27th, the day after the thermostat housing gets fixed.

Righty ho. Sadly the roffle appears to have died a death, it happens. Thanks to all those who wanted a number, much appreciated.

Something has come up which has prompted a complete rethink and the MG will now be for sale for £550 with the housing sorted.

If anyone is interested I need to know ASAP and take a deposit. Collection will need to be ASAP after the 26th when the car will be repaired by an MG specialist.

The car is MOT'd and will be fully functional. Get insured, taxed and drive it away.

I need this sold as soon as possible and £550 is literally a steal.

Over to you guys.....

Anyone need a backload (or frontload) filling between Chatteaux PBK and Newcastle ish?

No time to collect before the deadline but mega interested.

Unknown. So ideally shipping would be ideally ideal. Take everyone elses money if offered though. Im dubious that the stars will line up on this one.

These are belting cars, I just can't believe how hard they seem to be to shift! FatHarris's one took ages to flog on.

I can't help as I'm still away, but have a bumpy bump.

With this green jewel you're really tempting me, Ken.

But I have to be practical - this would only really get used for long wafting voyages (couldn't justify the vast V6 fuel expense for a 10 mile commute each day) and to be honest I'm looking for something less modern believe it or not. However, that reg plate is a winner and the whole package is tempting in one neat little bundle. I suppose I could pretend it's really from 1983 with that A reg so it qualifies.

I'm prevaricating in the hope someone else snaps your hand off before I make a yes/no decision so it can stay in the fold. If we're still struggling at the weekend, I may have to have a rethink.

Put me down as 'mildly interested/tentative' - sorry, doesn't really help.

Can you recap for me?

Mot til when?

Belts & rear suspension been done?

Thermostat will be done.

No kv6 manifold rattle?

Tyres still got a bit of life in them?

Cheers

Rawy

It's all good to go when the housing is done. Belts and rear suspension bits sorted via our own Bobthebeard. No manifold rattle. MOT was done in March IIRC. Tyres are ace. Like I said, the car is a cracker :)

Cool mate. Sadly no, it seems solid enough, perhaps the lovely and vivacious Mr bobthebeard can comment? I don't think anything was mentioned about t'underneath in a negative way by him or the tester of MOT's.

Put me down as a possible Ken. Any pics of the underneath at all?

Relieved to note 'never want another 75/ZT ever' has been rightly kicked into touch ;)
