High and Dry XG 30... What do we think

Surely it’ll be about £250 at most?

The £500 madness doesn’t happen until 2006

Yeah you're right, I was forgetting the 2006 change was the big one. It'll either be 305 if it's post-March or 245 if pre, not such a big issue.

GIB it, smoke it, roffle it. One life, etc.

Especially if you only roll in it for six months then roffle it.

I'm pretty certain that this would be worth double the asking price if it was painted yellow, had a shredded wheat box glued onto the roof with TAXI written on it and offered to some frightfully amusing banger rally chaps as Team New York Cabbie 2018 #LeedstoLancasteraren'tweallwackycharideebangerballbags@Hyundai

ps it does look a bit like a New York Taxi; to me at least.

That interior looks a decently comfy place to waft around in I think...

Never even knew they existed until now, don't think I've ever seen one.

Dunno about that, I took a 2003 Daewoo in part ex several years ago. Was £300 tax then!

Weighed it in purely on the strength of that as scrap was good then

Another one to avoid for stupidly high tax is the Chevrolet Tacuma....

Like mine, you mean?  (Points down at my signature...)  I have to say, I was horrified when I found out how much it should be to tax.  Fortunately I have it in Disabled, for MrsR.  Phew!

XG30?  Do it!

They’re pretty nippy too, a bit bargey round corners too.

Old boss had one when they were new and he used to drive it like he stole it everywhere.
