The same seller has a whole host of low mileage MGR (and other) stuff - they were an old MGR dealer (in Bristol)

I reckon a serious collector would pay that for the 75. A serious enthusiast would buy a less pristine example for a cheaper price and let back out the ponies that they put out in the lower field for the Rover installation.

The thing that always concerns me when it comes to late-reg MGR cars such as this is where were they for the three years that elapsed between manufacture and registration?

 

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love that 75 V8. But not if it had been parked up around the side of Q Gate for yonks before turning a wheel.
