It'll not see £1200 with a short test but it's still a cheap car.

With a full test they are up for that. There's diesels and ragged bag of shit ones at £8-900, but a decent 1.6-1.8 like that is in demand. I'd bung it on Bumtree at £750-850 You'll have shut in no time.

Mine has a damaged passenger side bumper but not much else wrong. Ill stick it in gumtree at 650 but 525 ono stands on here.

Having seen this beastie in the metal I can confirm that apart from the front bumper, that it is indeed a tidy thing.

Seems odd seeing these at this kind of price, there were loads of GN05xxx "ford directs" passed through Holiways in Durham when I was there.

No they don't anymore, it took me ages to shift mine and it was in fantastic condition with everything working.

That's a pity cause they're a nice car, I'm only going on the ones I looked at seemed to shift quite quick. The value of the diesel ones are on their arse though, probably worth a punt on a 1.8TD. Use it till it blows then start again.

 

When the Mondeo packs in I'll get one of these.

I do think its a bit cheap, I'd be taking it off the front lawn and going somewhere nice to take pics of the car after it has been washed and waxed, £800-900 is achievable with a little bit of effort and will give you a better budget for your next car.
