Isn't that a Morris Oxford? I forget which series, but the one that was only ever made as an estate? As regards getting it back on the road, it shouldn't be too much trouble to get an age-related plate as long as the VIN plate is still there.

Simply combine! though bear in mind:

 

This van bottom half is in very poor condition, needing all new floor panels, A panels, wings and a front panel among other things.

That's very cool, I'd leave it exactly as it is after repairs. I'd love a Lotus but I wouldn't want a std Sunbeam to die for the cause, not a half decent one anyway!

That's local to me. I don't recognise it, the car park or any of the other vehicles.
