having had 36 Reliants (mind you they are fetching coin now) i would never berate someones desire to own a certain car,but i think this may end up being a fruitless search.They were horrible new,unloved while being used,put away wet then scrapped.Most that are left now have passed from council estate to council estate until they become barry/scrap fodder.

The games been raised now to a Glaswegian Escort with Dealer plates, slightly scruffy but not too rusty, ideally of a special edition, with 2 keys, completely unmodified with a full service history for under £500.

 

I'm looking now, I'm going to find this Escort if it kills me. How far will you travel?

The games been raised now to a Glaswegian Escort with Dealer plates, slightly scruffy but not too rusty, ideally of a special edition, with 2 keys, completely unmodified with a full service history for under £500.

 

I'm looking now, I'm going to find this Escort if it kills me. How far will you travel?

I have searched, so far i have only found an Glaswegian Escort. Depends on how much i pay if she comes with dealer plates or not.  :mrgreen:

To be fair, I wouldn't buy that Egham Escort either, as it has the infamous 'runs drives stops as it should' line. Thanks for describing the basic functions of a car m9.

 

The Reading reg one is nice though. If I had an eagerness to own one (I don't) I'd have it outside already. I still maintain you finding a local one and letting the owner know you like it will probably get you one quicker....

I love the way that if I have a problem with something on here, it automatically gets turned back at me and the ad hominem insults start. 

I'd stayed away for 15 pages and then replied because, I dunno, 15 pages of fuck all occurring is tedious. Might as well make light of the situation.
