Neil let me have a drive yesterday after the autotesting and I fell in love. Missus Moog is smitten as well.

 

No petrol shot as already has enough fuel. Instead have a DIY shot..

Superb!  I've actually got the horn for another one of these at the moment.  Ideally a petrol V6 - not doing the 3.0 DCi thing again.

I reset the trip meter when I collected it the other week and since then, it's been run around quite a bit in and out of town so the 25.2 is probably about as bad as it'll get.

There's nothing wrong at all with the car...in fact, even though it's petrol and manual, I'd actually bonded quite well with it but after Will drove it yesterday, the look on his face told me it would be cruel not to let him have it.

If it had been an auto, it would have been a long term resident but I've scratched the itch and the space will come in handy. At least for a day or so until I buy another shonky W211 or 5 series from BCA....

I used to go and sit out there on a night with a brew just watching the minute hand move round.
