Diesel? So it'll be an HDi. Exact same engine as my Xantia then, which has 8 valves, not 16. With the standard 90hp, even in a car the size of a 206, it won't exactly set the road alight.

 

I still never did manage to get the full number plate of that 306 to check its MOT history either. Ah well, gone off it now.

I just assumed it was petrol when he said 2 litre. You would have thought he would have mentioned it!
