Part of that might be because the store is based in Inverness and I often travel into the sticks. Wouldn't like to work for them in a big city.

Im closer to home (3mile commute each way instead of15) and working in this area.

Would the c15 on here not be a perfect van? Surprisingly big inside (bigger than Astra van) and cost buttons to run.

Citroen dispatch have 3 seats, reasonable size too. Tbh if you want to do courier work you'll likely want something at least swb transit sized otherwise you'll be restricted to smaller jobs

I work for Argos as a delivery driver at the weekends, they're good to work for.

Do you have to have your own van? I may require weekend work in the near future.

There's a lady who does my local hermes parcel delivery and she has a sooty van!

G Plate Bedford rascal in red!

My local Hermes bloke has a Pug 308 HDI and an old diesel Courier van.  He reckons the Courier gets nearly twice the MPG on deliveries than the "modern, more efficient" Peugeot.

This seems to be the thread to ask, but is there enough £ to make it worthwhile having a bit of man with a van action at the weekends?
