Help Me Not Another Visa

Recommended Posts

I Found this Visa Super X for sale for just 500 Euros! Just look at those seats and a rev counter on a satellite dash I am sold!

Problem is it is on Medeira, easy I thought, ferry to main land Portugal drive to northern Spain, Ferry home. Not so easy Mrs Cyl has just read the ferry to the main land does not run any more and everything has to be packed in shipping containers.

Maybe saved from myself!

Never heard of the Super X Visa - is this a special with better performance? I have a C15 diesel van - fantastic vehicle. If you are after Visas there are still loads in France although a lot are very high mileage now.

1219cc and better trim but I think only pre-facelift and therefore with satellite dash.

Thanks - I am often in France so will post anything Visa-ish I see. If anyone wants to find stuff over there - www.lebonquoin.fr is a good place to start - loads of C15 vans but most have been run till they drop by Leon the Pigfarmer types.

Get it bought

It has been bought now by somebody on the island and I have started to ask him about the car, he seems to have better English than translator so lets hope chatting to a stranger in the UK is not to much for him!

I have a C15D and yes it's done 208,000 miles! I also have three Visas and my 652cc Special is low mileage at 38,000 miles.

Love to chat. My dad had a visa II club new after the last dyane. X reg I think, but definitely beige-it was in the Citroenian a while ago.

One wound up it was great- I was 10!

At the moment I'm happy looking after the 2cv. When my sister wants to sell it, I think I'll buy a traction normale to fill the gap.

Did I say chat I meant "brain wash"!

Tractions are heavy to drive and even slower than a Visa!

Speed is overrated, I like the style. And yes the steering is heavy.

PM me sometime you've a weekend day free and I'll pop up for a column article for the Citroenian. I'm off to surgery sometime this month but should be mobile ish again in a few weeks.

I do miss Trev, the other two not so much, but I do miss Trev.

Have you upgraded yours to 14" rims?

It came with 14 inch wheels, it was not until somebody pointed it out I even noticed. There has been discussion about the Peugeot wheel trims but I guess they are going to stay now.
