bought yesterday for £130,clutch high,not slipping,1.2 ecotec v/hall,few months mot,first jobs,get euro front pads,just caught them in time,pollen filter never done, was last serviced feb 15,more pictures to follow,

I got my mate a salmon pink one of these after he wrecked his 206. It's awful but brilliant too. How does your timing chain sound?

funny enough loads of bill,s including timing chain done,£224,has had the water pump done,,previous bills,even has a receipt for halfrauds for new battery fitted june this year 3 year g/tee still,have to sort radio currently in safe mode,better pictures tommorrow.

Fucking hundreds of them actually . !

Get a bit fed up of all the garage bashing really . Most of the time customers ask for the cheapest service so that's what they get .

Well said. I have changed them on e32 7 series,and galxies and tourans when you have to take wiper mechs out.

 

I imagine you are like me,if its on the job,it was done.

 

Did you use the cambox by the way?

more piccies,some garages  are very very good,a local mechanic i know allways does services etc,but customers only want basic filter,oil change,and sod the cambelt,etc unless something falls off, :-Dhere is blackie in all its glory,needs good clean,usual giffer tape shot,..done pass side wing got a good one from ebay,£4.00 from ebay.

My stepgran had the suzuki one of these on an s, my stepmum borrowed it regularly and she couldnt half make it shift.

 

I do think they look fugly, but you seem to have a good one there. Wbod?

right yesterday pulled out the gearbox its fooked,noise on bearings etc,time for s/hand box from scrappers,plenty of corsas in yard,will put in new clutch in from euro,looks like front suspenion arm no good,got the radio out of safe mode,new code for 99p on ebay.more to follow..gearbox cost £49,from low mileage corsa,..

That's stupidly cheap for a new-ish car. Looks well bought even with the faults.

These Agilas are alright. Plenty of room inside and they drive reasonably well too. I even like the giffer driving position.
