The X got Aircon and electric seats plus trip computer and fog and driving lights, probably a better stereo too. I think the 2.8i Xes got a boot lid spoiler as well as the front spoiler.

The X Executive was only available for the last 2 (?) years of production and got full leather and two tone paint.

Seems unlikely ,as Ford never fitted any Mk1 or 2 Grannys with LSDs.

Difficult to tell from the picture but the headrests don't look the right shape for leather either, if they're not ,it ain't an Executive either.

Yes it was optional right from 78 on Ghias and 82 on Ghias and X es, only saloons though. The only estates to get leather were (1/2) on the Chausseur and the almost mythical Royal, Aston Martins or Tickfords or whatever.

My estate is a C plate with the same Ghia X options, excluding the map lights. Apparently in 85 Ford did deals on these to shift the last ones quickly because the new mk3 was also available on a C plate.

You could get a new high spec mk2 Granny for similar money as high spec Sierra!
