When i went to work today , parked at  the top of the road was a stealth black estate car with MOT logo on the sides... whats that then ? VOSA ?

 

And is he after  the new bloke across the road ? (as his MOT ran out on Saturday          )..( Should i tell him ? He's a banker with a 59 plate...but he seems ok )
