Wanted Autoshite delivery service needed with added Sierra flavour.

Was gonna say, if someone, say like CatsinWelder could bring the Sierra to Ludlow or at the very least somwhere in the Midlands, I'll carry on the journey in it to Chelmsford for a train ticket back? I've done this journey before the other way around training it to Essex sides and bringing a car back.

 

I'm fully covered to drive any other vehicle that is insured. So if anyone wants to shot it down here to the Midlands or whatever, gis a shout.

 

I'm off this weekend and Wednesday and Thursday next week.

Me and the good lady are in Manchester for a night out on Saturday, so I could get it to the Midlands, peasant wagon it over to Crewe to pick up the Audi 100 I've got an eye on and then use that to get back to Manchester.

Also advance train fares from London to Brum/Kidderminster are really cheap in the evening. Currently £17 for one person +£15 getting to London from Chelmsford. The fare from Chelmsford to Kiddy is £105, no wait its £15 if you don't mind arriving at Kidderminster at 23:49 ( less than ideal with a 5am start).

How long are you there for? Week after I'm only off on a Friday and weekends. In fact I'm off every weekend anyway.

 

LS - where in the Midlands you at?

Mostly in Bewdley, North Worcestershire, but am very accessible to Birmingham, Telford, Wolverhampton etc... doesn't really bother me where I have to pick up the car if needs be.

Cool, that would be a lot more fun than a mega*bus or 4 different trains. Of course, the ultrashite method would be buying myself some abject misery on 4 wheels, driving it back, then r0ffling it. When are you out of the country, would you prefer it was sorted before then?

I think that filthyjohn is bringing the Sierra all the way to Essex, although with me being away for a week a date has to be organised. 

 

Hopefully this will give John time to recover from his de-nutting due to pub entertainment item purchase.
