Some good stuff in the car park wasn't there? When I was coming away, there was a two-mile tailback from the entry gate towards Forfar, the bloke three quarters of the way along the queue in his RR Shadow 2 must've been watching his temp gauge like a hawk!

The Y10 on those wheels must be bouncy as fuck, the 165/70r13s the GTie is on is bad enough...

 

It does have lowered suspension though, for me it was very, very rough on the bumpy, potholed road of North Devon.  I always thought the wheels seemed too big for it but apparently they are the originals.  Seeing that white one makes me wish I'd got round to giving Phil's a thorough going-over with the polish and linseed oil while I had it though, I reckon a bit of bodywork and a respray would work wonders for it.

A few were done in different colours for promotional reasons.

 

This one has had a respray as part of it's restoration. It is a 70's colour though.

About 5 Bugs were painted white for Rothmans,and a few in white for cape fruit,otherwise all came in Tangerine.

Tom Karen who penned the Bug was also the father of the Robin,GTE,Kitten,Raleigh Chopper,Bush Radio,and i think the Marble Run game

Seemed to be plenty of porn in the car park, let alone in the show it's self. Datsun Sylvia mega rare, when I was at primary school, the school secretary drove a blue turbot version. The school carpark was a chodfest, including such filth as an Avenger estate, Fiat 126, and Datsun cherry 'Yerp' in poo brown. Oh to have had a camera back then
