Very light restoration: every component mentioned in the advert is fucked.

Wonder what sound the doors make that's so unique?

Awful advert - but what a lovely old thing it is.

I've just watched the 1972 'Bless This House' film - makes you realise what a different world 1972 was.

EWS mate - key chipped to the ECU. Lose one and you're fucked....unless you have a spare.

I believe the going rate for a replacement key at Beemer dealers is a kidney

that's cheered me up. When I got layed off from my old job, the company Beamer went back, and I may* have accidently kept the spare key.

See, some good has come of his advert

In this weeks episode of iTV's Long Lost Family the seller of the BMW is reunited with the seller of the Triumph. Separated at birth apparently..

Pedants Hat On - Pike was the banker's "nephew"

" Don't give him your name Pike" - absolute gold!

I'll get my coat......

If it's pedantry you're after, I believe he actually said "Don't tell him Pike".

Buying a brand new Dacia to use for just three months whilst renovating a house, and losing £2,295 on it. MINGE PIECE.

Your pedantry has earned you a place on the list... but you're correct!
