Six Cylinders Motoring Notes

Six-cylinder

More parts problems. The heater fan has stopped working in my Audi 80 convertible so I bought a second-hand one from ebay, but tonight I have unwrapped it to try and figure out how to fit it and found the plastic motor housing has a bad crack. I have asked for a return but more time spent messing around finding parts.

Jags? Jags are for spivs , those are Gentlemens carriages manufactured by suppliers of motor cars to Royalty and The Landed Gentry.

Personally I can't see the difference but Mrs 6C is with you and the Daimler is a far superior car!

A bit white Jag heavy, are you doing weddings :)

The white Daimlers only represent 20% of the fleet shown.

BMWs make up a further 20% as do Citroens.

You could also say that its a bit "German car heavy" (2 x BMW, 1 x Audi or 30%).

That plan won't last long. A one in one out policy sounds better...

Glad to see you've been getting use out of the S2 Daimler. It was my original intention to use it on mild winter days last year, but such plans came to nowt!

Now you have caused domestic disharmony!

I say you are welcome to buy it, Mrs 6C says she wants to keep it!

Which ever way this goes you are welcome to borrow it for Scotland.

The S2 is off the road at the moment because we have stripped the thread in adaptor that the oil pressure gauge sender screws into and I can't find a replacement.

Hey Six C, I have found some door mirrors and some mats for the Daimler in my shed if you want them.  That Gamma is very tempting...

Yes please to the Daimler bits.

Another couple of drinks and I would have bought the Gamma!

If you are going anywhere near J6 M40 you can pick them up, or I could drop them off at yours some time.  Who is the Jag specialist at Milton Keynes?
