I don't think there's much of a UK 'scene' for old french pickup trucks, so I suspect it's the exporters that are pushing the prices of those up. They are very popular in north Africa, where rust resistance is irrelevant but rugged simplicity is essential.

Indeed good grief. Nice but a bit rich at that money probably but like owt, if you have the cash and want one how many others are for sale? Not that many probably.
