It's in the hands of fate now, as I know if the scrap men come out they will be hard pushed to leave without it. Dragged it in behind the van with no real issues until we turned into my lane where I heard a scraping noise and brother tooted the horn . We both thought the exhaust had fallen off but it was infact the fuel tank !! Obviously the 2 cable ties that the previous owner used to temp hold it up had given up . Quick bit of rope bodging and we made it . Lucky it didnt happen on the road tho. Its a bloody tidy old car too . Rear arches and sills look sound and the mileage is beliveable.
