Hello one and all!

I can haz made a blogs about the stuffs I get upto with assorted chod, and I'm looking for some people to check that it's making sense, and is at least faintly interesting..

I'd be grateful if you could peruse it at your leisure and feed back to me on this thread?

At the moment, there's only the initial welcome page, and one other post telling the tale of my latest holiday

Thanks

Aye, that's pretty good. MOAR!

Also lol @ Pistenklause....

Cheers!"steak on rock" is pretty much traditional now, and actually bloody good value compared to what you'd be charged here.

Yup, good start. Look forward to more. Am I right in thinking this is a trip for three people in an Audi TT? Do they even have rear legroom?

Thanks:)

No, Dave has the tt to himself, we were in my 320..either that or Dave has fitted an old m20 instead of a 1.8t lump;)

Those of you who have been kind enough to read the posts, can I ask for your feedback on the following:

1. What do you think of the page design-is it easy to read the text? Is the background colour ok?

2. Is the site simple to navigate?

3. Do you feel that the articles are of a suitable length-or are they too long/short?

4. Is my writing style ok, or do you find it annoying?

5. Are there any other changes you'd make?

Thanks for the support and feedback- i'll be getting pt 3 of Hairdresser's guide to the Europes up soon, and possibly a review or two as well:)

Just read the three parts of the trip. Thoroughly enjoyed reading it. The style is pretty good in my opinion, quite engaging for the reader which is what you want.

Excellent, thanks for your opinion, and I'm glad to hear you feel its engaging:)

Now to work out what I'm posting next!

Love the old clocks in the earlier one. Every auntie I had used to have one of these during the 70s.
Tried to 'like' it but it wanted me to sign in...

It's a good read, well done. Wouldn't worry too much about the backgrounds'n'that, the presentation's okay.

Don't sites like Wordpress and so on use things like Disqus for comments? Maybe that's the problem.

Disqus alone is a PITA: but at least when you've got an account, you get notifications thro email. Which is a bit daft if it's a big news site you're commenting on, but for an occasional blog like yours, it might keep readers in touch. Swings'n'roundabouts...!
