You were a lovely Peugeot 504. I was just an inexperienced teenager. I wish our time together could have been longer. I'll never forget how you let me have a poke around under the hood without even knowing me. It was love at first sight--for me at least. Sorry you didn't seem to enjoy it as much as I did. For such a big girl you were surprisingly easy to handle. My driving position was a bit awkward at first, but just when I got used to it--you were gone. I couldn't ask, but I knew you had a second set of controls...this meant I could never keep you. If I ever see you again I'll make it up to you--I promise.* If you've gone to that big scrapyard in the sky, long may you rust in place.
