I remember those wind deflectors that you fixed to the roof of your car when towing a caravan, usually with headlights sprayed yellow and en route to Brittany. Does anyone go there any more?

I've got one of these in my miniMetro, in the window above the low filler.  The original old giffer owner put it there so would be rude to remove it.
